该项目是中联基金会针对已经完成美国大学入学申请的中国高中三年级学生而设计，为期四周，由美国大学教授对中国学生进行多学科、全方位、“热身式”培训，并使他们在美国校园亲身体验大学生活的精品项目。中联基金会首期ACE项目为北京四中出国班所特设，于2012年2月9日至3月9日在美国犹他谷大学(Utah Valley University)隆重 举行。以后，ACE项目将向中国广大高中开放，每年数期，在美国多所大学同时举办。

 

1、中国学生每周15小时参加美国教授的专题讲座， 8小时旁听美国大学基础课程。

2、专题讲座内容涉及英语写作、公关演讲、研究方法、美国文化、教学方法、教学设施、团队合作、学业规划、职业规划、人生规划、移民就业等等。

3、参观美国大学 (除主办大学之外，中联基金会还安排中国学生参观周边大学，并根据学生需要而安排参加去外地的美国名校游)。

4、在主办学校所在地就近旅游。

5、参加美国社区和社团活动。
